Eve D. Williams, MAI
Commercial Real Estate Appraiser
About Eve D. Williams
While attending the University of Texas at Austin, I started appraising commercial property. In 1989, I achieved the Appraisal Institute's MAI designation.
I am licensed as a Certified General appraiser in California, Nevada, and Arizona, and have appraised in these additional states: Texas, Oregon, Washington, Missouri, New Mexico, Ohio, Colorado, Arkansas, Georgia, Louisiana, Kentucky, Florida, Tennessee, Oklahoma, and North Carolina.
I specialized in appraising the unusual, the strange, and the difficult to value. But I've appraised just about every type of commercial property - at least once!
